Reds

Barbera
Ruby red color, flavors include cherry and plum, spicy, relatively low tannins.


Cabernet Franc
Fruits up front, good mouth feel and tannic finish, great for blending.


Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich intense aromas, red berries and black pepper bouquet, BOLD


Carmenere'
Deep red and dry, spice, jam, tobacco, fig and dark chocolate, complex.


Malbec
Blackberry, plum, sweet cherry, licorice, with deep bittersweet notes that

linger.


Merlot
Soft, smooth and subtle with powerful fruit and spice character, medium tannins.  


Petite Syrah
Deep purple color, blackberry and currant, floral aroma with a silky finish.




Pinot Noir
Velvet nose with nice red fruit character, low tannins and a light ruby color.


Sangiovase
Nice Ruby Red, with luscious red cherry character and hints of violet.


Syrah
Rich and robust with plums, jams, dark berries.  Moderate Tannins, velvet finish.


Zinfandel
Deep red, spicy, peppery with hints of dark cherries and a zesty finish.  



 

Whites

Chardonnay
Golden color, dry, tannic with flavors of apples, pears, and grapefruit.


Gewurztraminer
Crisp, spicy, floral aroma, flavors of lychees and rose water.


Moscatel Alejandria
Sweet aromatic wine with earthy tones, soft mouth feel and finish.


Pinot Grigio
Soft, gently perfumed, very fruit forward with hints of honey, melon.  Semi-dry.


Reisling
Flavors of peach, green apple, and citrus.  Medium body and semi-sweet.


Sauvignon Blanc
Medium body, dry wine that develops a grassy bouquet and spice.


Thompson Seedless
Most widely grown grape used for making sweet table wine.


Viognier
Intense fruit characters such as peaches and apricots.  Dry, aromatic finish.
